Cheers guys , thanks for the comments . The z'ds are a odd pair , the front is made in England , the rear US .
Find it a bit strange that the English one the ACS stamping's are off center ie; not directly on the valve ............

Here's some pics of the front brake clamp that I made ........

Seat clamp and the headset lock .........

All came up not too bad ..........

Another lovely build... :daumenhoch:

Absolutely perfect as it is, but think that would look great with white seat and grips as an alternitive

Si.... :)

Gorgeous bike that is . Beautiful welds those, or were they brazed ... i forgot :D

Feel the same as Si about the white seat option, maybe something other than Aero, more Mx style

Yeah , to be honest , not over struck on the black opc myself , only reason its on is because its a Sugino , in-keeping with the
disc , ring and bolts , will be changing that in the coming months for a  3pc   :daumenhoch:

The clamp on the forks is to hold the arm for the front brake , so drilled a hole through for the cable as well , works a treat ..

Gone through a few combinations of looks to get it to how it looks atm , pretty happy now . Staying with opc as well . Just picked up another set of zds but both are made in England this time but no where near as good condition as the og set on now so will see on that . Changed the chain to a more 'chrome' one . As a whole very pleased with how this looks and rides as I build my bikes to ride . Tires don't really look right , too fat but it rides nice with them so they're staying for now until I can find a pair of 185 haro whitewalls.
Cheers for the comments guys. ....... just picked up an Ammaco 83  needs a fair bit of work but looking forward to that one as that was what I  rode bitd

Cheers

I don't often venture into this 'ere freestyle section but I love a Curtis, so had to check this out and am glad I did! I liked reading how this build evolved and your attention to detail puts my thrown-together builds to shame. Good job all round! :daumenhoch:

Cheers guy's,  yep  I'm pretty sure it's finished now lol .  Saying that I'm getting a bit pissed off with the  seat clamp and headset lock as being magnesium they tarnish pretty quickly.  The seat clamp is easy to take off and give a polish but the head lock no . So they'll need a clear coat at some time . One thing I would change would be the donuts to chequeres. ....
