you rest the toe of your trainers against them so you can put some proper rubber against your tyre  :daumenhoch:

Really? Wish I knew that before I went & chopped them off to put removable mounts on the seatstays like all the other frames, well they are better after all.

I think you may be onto something there, is that what you use the ones on your frame for? Will an e-cig fit in there?
