Could someone shed some light on these forks please . Every Curtis that I have found via google , museum , here , the
fork standers are half way up the fork . So whats the score with these  .........

I seem to recall that you could specify the position of the fork standers when you ordered them, it was the same with Rickman (built by Curtis iirc) but I could be wrong!  :-\

As far as I know the earlier Curtis freestyler had the standers high up on the fork, and the later ones had them lower as people realised they worked much better lower down. If you ordered one direct from Curtis then yes you probably could specify the height as Marty said  :daumenhoch:
