U-Brake issue
« on: April 18, 2016, 06:38 PM »
So I decided to change the Odyssey rear U-Brake on my DB Forum to a Dia Compe 996 Hombre and the damn thing doesn't fit. :tickedoff:

Basically the 996 hasn't got as thick arms so I cannot tighten up.....anyone know of a Dia Compe/Tech U-Brake that is fit for purpose?

Thanks

I wanted to add my twist of old school branding and colour to it so that's why I went with the Hombre, not even the shorter bolts work.

So its back to the drawing board for the rear brake, I might just end up getting a Silver Odyssey because the arms rub on the Hombre too!
