I agree with a lot of your points mate ... The one vote system makes you choose ONE bike ... I agree with you in that I always voted in this system for the bike I actually would like to own out of those on offer. You are not wrong when you state how much time, effort, patience, friendship and ( although not the most important ) money goes into our Rad builds.
there are people who pour their hearts (& money) into building a bike but are still reluctant to enter BOTM if they see someone has already entered something truly exotic/rare/expensive. . . . . . . . also allows other builds to at least get some recognition for the effort that's gone into them.
