Genuine Renthals?
« on: February 06, 2016, 10:57 AM »
Hope someone can help :)

Had these bars a while, pretty sure they are Renthals, quality looks great, shape seem right etc

Only things are no renthal stamp, and bars are 27" wide.

Any thoughts ???

They look like the real deal Andy. I don't think the originals are stamped are they? I think the bolts on the originals are chrome but that's about it..... :-\ :idiot2:

Thanks Damo, think most are stamped at the end of the bar, the chamfering at the end is as I would expect, clamps and crossbar look right, on a side note I had some of these BITD and my brother nicked the crossbar for his trailsbike bars, they are exactly the same :daumenhoch:

Upon a close inspection it seems that the stamp could have been polished out, as there is a slight depression on the lh side of the bar towards the end(lh as you would hold the bars).
