Looks spot on Ed.  :daumenhoch: :smitten: :smitten:

Cheers Jon ... I'm seriously stoked on it ... it just wasn't happening for while ... then I had a result in finding the decal set that I wanted that had a more 90s look AND scored a TNT wheelset ( Derringer hubs on chrome Ukai rims )

I'm just after a set of pedals and a micro adjust post to get it finished ... think I'll need to get the cranks powdered white as they are in a bad way even for survivors

The blue labels look like they've got more machined sections than the red labels... or maybe it's just the angles. ???

is there any difference in these Derringer hubs other than the decals?

Hub shells are the same. Early reds might have hollow axles but generally speaking the only difference is the decals.  :daumenhoch:

Jon the decals on my hubs ( red ) are peeling and I have replacement decals ( blue ) to match the frame ... would you leave them ( carefully gluing them back down ) or use the new ones?

Do what works for you Ed.  :daumenhoch:

I know what its like to have a build that is so close to being done, and how a little thing like that can make or break it. At the same time I only refinish things if they have already been refinished by a previous owner, as I know how hard it is to find original stuff these days. Its a tough call that we all have to choose between so just go for what you feel is best for the bike.
