Enlighten me please, morales has arrived pics added

Googled Aprebic, they are a taiwanese fork manufacturer, still making forks today although for road and mtb.

My guess is they made a batch of forks for Kore.

Did wonder about that, they do look the same as other kore forks I can find piccys of. That means that the stem shaft is deffo stuck in them then 

Put the bolt back into the stem or hammer a bit of dowel into the hole to plug it, turn upside down and fill with red diesel and it'll seep down the shaft.

yours is a 97/98 so have a look at that era of parts,  if you don't know what they look like google image the parts...

I also looked at all the morales on the bmxmuseum

Hello mate. Just out of interest did you ever find out the story behind your forks? Reason I ask is iv just got a pair of the same ones (aprebic on the steerer) certainly look like kore but I'm unsure? Also mate are yours threaded or threadless?. Thanks bud.

Never did get to the bottom of it, some say Kore never did flatland forks with 990 mounts others say they did
Have had another 2 pairs of Kore's since & both have same steerer
