Fresh in today, 97ish 1st gen Morales BTS with Kore street forks. It's foooooooookin massive, 2" top & downtube, 1"seat & Chainstays 1 1/4" headtube !!!!! ( cross that bridge later)
Plan is to finish getting the crappy spraybomb job off & send it Dan 👍

Regarding the headtube I think they came with shims so the cups fit.

Little update.........
Spray paint was over some real snotty lacquer which has proven to be right stubborn

.
Off it went to a Lad I know to be plonked in his stripping tank,unfortunately this cleaned off all the bluing round the welds so the candy over raw plan is now Fooked

. On a brighter note he did knock up some lovely shims for the 1 1/4" head tube so I can run the 1" Kore street forks I found so not all bad. Been refurbing the big fat smack daddy's & got a crupi piston stem sorted

Would a pair of gsport prong forks with canti brake mod give you a bit of a podge on?

Picked the bugger up today, done a cracking job of stripping & the shims

Couple of pitted bits revealed under the gook so gonna have to go with a base coat on now
