Yep. One of mine is tweaked and I could almost count the number of grinds I did on it.
I can't help thinking they'd sell more Condors in general if they had modern dropouts on them, there really is nothing else to criticise - it's an excellent frame.
They are excellent frames apart from that 
Wouldn't take too much to scale down the backend & keep the looks of it I don't think.
