Hi chaps,
Looking at sorting/sourcing some 80's Pro Class rim strips. Can the Mongoose masters please enlighten me on the following

1. What were the original colours available at the time? Blue/Red/Black - And probably Yellow? (any greater detail/pics of OG colours would be great) For those in certain a certain industry a Pantone number would be great.
2. Were they always made from coloured plastic/Mylar (Am I correct in assuming the foil/anodised look is a current rebuild choice - due to ease of material) - Oh and insulating tape

3. I have 1 original black one that is gold foil backed - were they all gold foil backed - Was this gold foil backed side ever used as a finish on the wheel?
Thanks for any help/input
