Found the thread last night Nick

The only two out there are chrome and have Hutch style decals. This is the only one I can find on the net with the same font as the paper ad. They all came with tange forks as far as I can tell.

I like the look of that Freestyle one. I've seen some Tange ARX forks for sale on faceache. £55 if that's a good price? Painted not chrome though.
