I did a bit of research on Hanabishi when a 3PC came on one of my WHEELS finds. I restored and retained them for the rebuild. Supposedly he was a Japanese Team Kuwahara rider who put his name to a set of cranks in the early 80's.... so you'd presume ok for a Kuwee resto?? They are basically rebranded Sugino items.
