ACS rotor issue
« on: January 01, 2016, 08:17 PM »
Got a NOS ACS rotor setup, all mint in bag etc and complete
Now i removed the forks and removed the upper cup in the frame,no probs, then fitted the new ACS cup with the rear brake cable guide connected, then i hit the problem, when i screwed down the large head nut it won,t clear the ACS cup guide and wants to go over the upper cup bearing and it just won,t fit,the rest is fine.
In this link the large nut thats causing issues is in the middle to of the pic at the top.

Just don't have a rotor, Burners never had them.

Never did see a burner with a rotor bitd. Sure someone must have fitted one though.
Sixteen thirty-two. What is that? A year?   No, it's your top score on Pole Position.

You need to get a picture up, so we can see what you're doing wrong.

Never seen a rotor on a Burner though.
