Ok I mostly use Del for my decals whenever I can't attain OG ones. his product is fantastic & service is just as good, however (Unfortunately) there's some things he doesn't have & Frogbmx do.....(or did) .

I ordered some Motobecane decals in October for a Project bike & the decals have not yet arrived, I have a friend who is still waiting a full (8 months) after ordering his & more people are coming out of the woodwork on the various Facebook groups saying they they have paid good money to Frog & received nothing.

Frog always were slow at delivering apparently but they are just not answering emails & their phone number has vanished from the website.

They also only accept SYS pay & not pay-pal so Im contacting SYS them about a refund as Barclaycard do not seem to be interested...

Im not out to slander Frog but the fact is they are taking peoples money not delivering & not returning correspondence.

So if anyone from frogbmx is on here please prove me wrong & deliver to all of the people that have paid you money for decals in good faith...

To be fair mate, Nick Swannick has been warning people about Frog's slow delivery time and lack of communication for at least 2 years.

I too had to contact my bank to return my funds.
Every email was lies with excuses like on holiday when the order went in months ago.
I am surprised that Barclays will not do anything..
I would contact them again as many have had to get refunds via there bank..

Ordered off Del today, fantastic communication, told him no rush to get them out as the F&F needs to go to SBD to be powdered .... Emailed me back to say he's posting tomorrow ...... If you work with the best you'll get the best..... Simples

Del didn't have the decals i needed ( believe it or not he doesn't have every decal known to man & i did try him ) ive worked with him in the past sending him artwork in order to get stuff made that many others have since benefited from .. Try reading the post chaps before posting the obvious, it's not very constructive.

Del didn't have the decals i needed ( believe it or not he doesn't have every decal known to man & i did try him ) ive worked with him in the past sending him artwork in order to get stuff made that many others have since benefited from .. Try reading the post chaps before posting the obvious, it's not very constructive.

And maybe you should've read the posts about Frog bring shite, then you wouldn't have needed this thread.

Just trying to help people out Dan, No one to my knowledge had reported that they absolutely positively were taking peoples money & were not delivering as all... They appear now to be a potentially fraudulent operation whereby in the past they were just incompetent...
