Has anyone got experience with this stem and company? I'm looking for components and saw this stem and it looks the nuts. I was looking at a BSD stem but prefer the look of this. Do split clamps hold the bars ok? I hope someone can help :-)

Mmmmm... I have Alienation rims and they have a great reputation, but seems A LOT to spend on a stem from a company that specialises in rims...
I would go with a BSD and save £30 or so..

I have a split clamp like this at the moment but have noticed (what looks like) stress fractures across the clamps. I'm moving to a 'standard' style top load one now, one of the Stranger Machine stems, just because it looks like the S&M Challenger but half the price!

I'm being swayed away from it, thanks guys. ive not seen it on anyone's bikes and not many shops sell it, I can only find the one shop over here. I think I'll go for BSD or something else. As helpful as ever, cheers
