Please help with Skyway Tuff II axle thread info!

Hi again everyone!
Sorry to pester but I'm right at the end of my build and I have a couple of snags!
The first is being dealt with in another thread.

The second is fitting old school skinny trick pegs on my Skyway axles!
Here are photos so u know what the hell I'm talking about!!







Question A: the dropout on the freewheel side, in the 1st & 2nd photos, is bent in a bit now the nuts are tightened - should I be using more spacers between the freewheel and the dropout so that the dropout is straight?

Question B: the skinny pegs I've got don't screw all the way down to the outer drop out nut on both sides.
So presumably I'll need more spacers?

Question C: where do I get the spacers or what TPi nuts do I need?

i would take some length off the axle. do it with the nut on so it retraces the thread on the way off.
we used to use the screw on pegs instead of axle nuts.  thread them all the way on, flush against the drop.
you could use chain tensioners under the pegs, too.
