I finally finished (well there is some fine tuning to be done) my "econo" build.

1983 GT Pro in Candy Blue. Serial number 48379.

I never planned to build a 20", but this one was offered to me, and I figured it would look good with the cruisers.
Lots of thanks below, but I want to put a special big thanks out to Clint Sparrey. He built my wheels, and did a

fantastic job. Whats better, is that it gave me a chance to check out his framesets (JMC and SE!). I really appreciate

the trouble he went to. The other person is Andy White (Andy Diamond). We keep emailing each other, and he keeps me

interested in this insane hobby...LOL!

Brake Lever: Dia Compe Tech III, with blue lever cover (Willinois for the lever cover)
Brake Cable: Dia Compe (Andy Diamond)
Brake: MX1000 (Jimmy Roth)
Brake Pads: Kool Stop Continental
Seat: Kashimax Aero
Seatpost: GT (Chris Baron)
Seatclamp: Dia Compe Hinged
Cranks: Sugino 175mm One Piece (Biagio)
Spider: Sugino (Biagio)
Chainwheel: DB Turbo Lite 44T (Chris Baron)
Bottom Bracket: Tioga Sealed (Ginny)
Pedals: ACS Stoker (Dave Connetz)
Chain: Izumi Chrome 3/32 (Ginny)

This is the first time I rode a 20" bike since 1985. It feels like a pit bike...LOL
A GT Pro is one bike I always wanted back then. Finally, 21 years later I get one...LOL

Mike it was a pleasure to slap those wheels together for you, its nice to give something back.
I was fortunate to ride all three of those bikes this weekend  and man are they smooth! I expect nothing else with Mikes engineering background.

Thanks for the props everyone. I must admit, I had no intention of building a 20" bike, but I'm glad I did. It worked out nicely :)

And Clint, as I've said, you welcome to ride any of those, anytime. And yes, I am looking forward to you returning the favour.... :)

Seriously, I am MAJORLY grateful to Clint. He build those wheels better than any local shop has done for me.
