Advice on standing gear forks
« on: October 02, 2015, 08:51 PM »
Got a set of spinner logo unstamped standing gear forks but...
Missing the caps that go onto the top..
There was a post on here a long time ago and the link doesn`t exist..
Does anyone know of a mod or link to obtain a set of these plastic cap covers..
One more thing..
I know spinner made forks for SE , Redline , Mongoose etc..
Just checking but are these the correct type that went onto a early `80`s SE Quad freestyler BITD    :coolsmiley:

Cheers All.. :daumenhoch:

could you not make a set out of some black plastic like a bucket or something, then add some griptape on them. then glue them on.

I found something that might work .
There is a plastic caps on the both end of a curtian pole section to protect the ends in the packaging in my attic that I Could use.
So planning to modify this and attach with clear silicon..
Thanks for the ideas ..

Not meaning to be a know it all but I would place fork standers mid to late 80's but I've not read it up.
