Raleigh burner mags 5 or 7 spokes

Raleigh burner mags  this one has 7 spokes but looks like a early one can any help me out with what year should have 7 and what year should have 5 spokes

It's a phase 2, Mk1 Mag Burner, and has the correct Simplex wheels.

The phase 1 was a Tuff Burner as it had Skyway Tuffs on.

They stopped the Tuff Burner when they realised that the wheels were worth more than the rest of the bike!
