thing is - no-one would buy it for that money, so all he's doing is advertising what a greedy, grasping shitcnut he is
he's entitled to sell it whenever he wants, but this is clearly an attempt to cash in on Scot's death while it's still fresh in people's minds

Just maybe he has decided to sell it,  so why not say it was Scott's....    ???

Not wrong in itself, but jacking the asking price up like that is very bad form

Just before Scot died this Cnut tried to sell the same bike for $800 and it was over priced then. There's a whole lot of shuffle munsterers in this hobby now unfortunately.
WANTED....FRED BLOOD QUADANGLE FRAME..

"I loved Scot and tried to help him many times and in many ways.

Just looking to get this out to a collector who will appreciate it."

translated

"I saw Scott as a meal ticket and when he died I saw dollar signs ... I want as much as I can get for this and I'm going to use the name of a dead man to do it"

If he had any self respect it would be a $10 start and take it from there ... giving half of the final price to charity.
"Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light."

Will never happen Ed and we all know it. I'd like to believe the majority of people who were either friends, fans of the OM or just BMX enthusiasts have a bit more about them to realise this is a scam, the bike has no history attached to it and infact the OM never did anything with it, given to him then sold it on almost instantly.

Been removed; error in the listing.  Yes, the seller is a cnut; is that covered by the eBay rules?
