Bargain!  you can't go wrong with it

Put the tires and brake pads on.  Could you tell me how I setup the brakes/pads, I have put a small spacer between the pad and the caliper, do I need to remove slack from cable and add more spacers? Sorry for silly question! .

You don't need the front brake on it, they look pants and you'll only need the rear
