Hey guys I have some phil hubs and a set of nos black z rims can anyone advise as to spoke length as drive side of rear hub is larger than other does anyone know how I can sort this small dilemma thanks lads

Easy, just give me the hubs,
Seriously, there'll be no problem there. My gsport ratchet hub has very different flange diameters but laced up fine with the same length spokes either side.
If you're really worried, get the measuring apparatus out and use the DT Swiss spoke length calculator (google it) and round up the answers to the nearest mm or two.

What spacing is the rear hub ? Looks pretty wide
