GT do a similar one but they don't have the grooves down the side.

does look like a cross between a GT and a Tange type clamp but i've no idea sorry

Looks a lot like a Schwinn XS clamp.

Yeah I can see the similarity , it wasn't on a bike was in a box with a few old bits
