Evening , can any radsters shed some light on who this frame is made by? I know it's a low spec...

Cool brake bridge stamping.

Two things spring to mind,

1. power lite made a SRX
2.  It looks very much like a webco

Start your search there I reckon

I don't know what it is but looking at the welds I do not believe it is either a Powerlite or Webco
