Tange unique-X headsets?
« on: June 16, 2015, 07:47 PM »
Anyone have any experience with these?
May have found one. Is the "Fashionable" aspect (as seen in this pic i found on another site) just a lost in translation thing or are they bobbins?

Sixteen thirty-two. What is that? A year?   No, it's your top score on Pole Position.

Still looks a decent headset Clint, prob don't have to use the placky covers if you don't want to. I'm with Bert, I quite like it too. What other colours they do ???

I do indeed Bert  ;) well worth the extra 50p a month.
Mine might be cheap Rich but they seem to fetch top dollar of the ones I've seen for sale. I guess because they are scarce?

Dam expensive plug Clint, guessing yours must have the 1 missing from the front of the price at the very least  :teef:

:LolLolLolLol: probably Bert. Might try the dishwasher first, they are quite rubbery plastic so may have to look into other possible solutions. Cool and simple design though  :)

I've tried bleaching rubber grips - week of my life i'll never get back.  Might be worth a butchers at the star wars figure / old computer resto sites.  They seem to be fairly successful at resurrecting yellow bits......

Great minds and all that Bert, that's exactly what I was thinking. Sure I've seen some toy restoring site on my travels

Think peroxide will do the decals in Clint, you don't have many seagulls up your way anyway

I have one for my Patterson that came with it, mine is blue but faded so hoping to dye it back to a royal blue if I can.  The Tange writing on the rubber is long gone on it though.

Better to crash and burn than fade away
