Exactly. Worth what someone is prepared to pay. If something is rare AND desirable it will always sell for big money, be it bike parts, records, coins, star wars stuff.....

I must say I didn't think anything of that price for the hubs, they are superb hubs and to be honest that is what they are worth.

Too much for me, but not too much for what they are.

Good price if you have the money, unlike over priced a hutch stuff these are actually high quality gear. They'll sell to the Thai collectors on a flash, they go mad for these and pay any price.
