I have a freecoaster setup on my bike, the wheel is of a DK Opsis, anyone know what freecoaster they used and how to adjust them, as i feel there is too much slack in it, cheers

don't know what freecoaster it came with but it's most likely to be a standard set up. take off the drive side cone nut then unscrew the driver, the axle should slide out the opposite side. seperate the spring from the clutch and check if there's any washers inside the clutch, chances are there won't be any so you will need to add some, they will need to be able to fit inside the clutch, i added three to mine which gives very little slack, i also had to file them down a bit to fit inside.
you can see the washers i added in the pic inbetween the spring and clutch.

You probably have a Taska freecoaster like in the pic above, what john has said is all about you can do with those, when you've got it apart check the spring isn't knackered, that's usually what causes all the slack & non engaging.

Taken the freecoaster apart, its a taska just the same as above, now it doesn't work, only in reverse? Pedal forwards..not engaging, pedal backwards it engages. Taken to bits now about 8 times no luck??

when putting it back together make sure the washers and the spring are inside the clutch, the bit attached to the small side of the spring will have a couple of flat edges, this part slides inside the cone on the left in this pic.
this is how it should look before inserting it back into the hub.
once it's slid into the hub, screw the driver back on and then the cone nut.
