Put this together this afternoon for my 7 year old daughter, she absolutely loves it and says it's very fast. It's my actual bike from back in the day and iit's a real delight watching her zip around on it!

Buy her a new bike, pull the seat up and you can both zip around together... even more delightful  :daumenhoch:

Nice, wish I still had my bike from BITD.

Are you going to build something for yourself now?

Your original ride!!!! Awesome!  :daumenhoch:

Well, F&F, SR stem, Task Force spider and Uni Turbo have stood the test of time all things considered, the rest of the parts I sourced as per what was in the main on the bike at the time.

I had previously built it up a few years back with parts I preferred http://www.radbmx.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,4579.msg1301597.html#msg1301597
but once built it didn't feel like my old stead, so then set about sourcing the parts as I remember it.....doesn't look as good but definitely feels familiar, therefore for me without doubt 100% better.

Cheers

OMG, someone is actually enjoying BMX and sharing the enjoyment with their children.

Why aren't you complaining about stuff you can't afford? You've got this hobby all wrong!  :D
