Help with Bar ID - Curtis - Sorted.
« on: May 11, 2015, 01:11 PM »
I recently got a CW mini from Nick (That Swan Guy) and am trying to identify the bars on it. They are not the CW mini bars.

They have a decal saying "T45 aircraft material" on one side and there is evidence there was once a similar size decal on the other side of the bars. This reminds me of the Curtis decals that were on their bars, so my best guess is that they may be Curtis.

Does anyone know if they made mini bars like this?
What other manufactures were using T45 to make bars?

I have since taken the stem off and there is no knurling or stamps.

If any one has any info or suggestions would be very much appreciated  :daumenhoch:

Cheers for the replies chaps  ;)

Found this picture of a set of bars with both decals intact, the second decal is a CF decal, so it looks like these are Curtis bars.
