Re-listed bmx on ebay? How come?

This looks a lovely example of a Ultra burner which has sold a couple of times according to ebay?

so any idea's why it keeps being re-listed when he sell's it

I don't understand why people take the risk of bidding up their own items. Its fraud and people have been prosecuted in the past for this.  I hope ebay have a way of monitoring this!
