Anyone interested in some british T45 seatposts?

Evening gents 

Ive been looking for a 13/16th seatpost for my Vitus and with little in the way of options i decided i would just buy a length of 4130 steel.
As the build is predominantly a French and British affair i thought a bit of all British T45 (much better than 4130) would be the order of the day 

It seems 13/16th is a bit of an oddball size but i did find a company that was happy to sell me small quantities of T45 at 7/8th or 22.2mm.

I reckoned polished, chromed, powdered or painted British T45 posts would go down well a with a good few of you so thought i would ask 

I could get a raw 400mm long post at around 15 - 18 quid a pop posted if anyone is interested

What's the difference between T45 and 4130 Clint? Are they roughly the same weight?

T45 is lighter and stronger at the same quage Andy 

Typically

T45 has a tensile strength in the range of 700 - 900 newtons per mm squared
4130 has a tensile strength in the range of 585 - 750 newtons per mm squared

It is, especially in small amounts but I have found a company who will sell me some

Sounds great. It would be good if there was a layback option. Hopefully those with a lightness deficiency would find them harder to bend!

22.6 is a deffo no no. Sizing is very limited in T45
