Dying Oakley Grips
« on: April 06, 2015, 09:53 AM »
Who's done it?

Is it easy?

If so, how?

What were the results like?

Cheers in advance.  :daumenhoch:

What style of grips Dan? Redline dyed some oakley 2's - there's a guide in the tech & resto sticky section. Not sure about the other styles though

You're ok then  :daumenhoch:

Here's the link to Redline's thread: http://www.radbmx.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,112196.0.html
There's a comment on page 2 saying that a set of B1B's were dyed successfully too  :daumenhoch:

JT also did a thread in the stickies section, but his photos aren't showing. He dyed some oakley .5's with good results.

I'm not sure about F1's or B2's...

Here's some photos in case there are people who don't know which are which. **I haven't dyed any of these grips personally - i'm just summarising what other rad members have written in the 2 sticky threads**

Oakley 2's - dye ok  :daumenhoch:
