bfr is doublewall . black box is only side reinforced single wall. bfr for the rear def !

just looking at my speedplay pedals here .  >:D

Yeah - beefy side profile.

Can't remember offhand, but I think they're a pressed as opposed to welded rim. Not really a worry unless you're gonna do a 20 set of stairs ;)
