Is it really a Hutch ?
Or been made up of old lumps of metal chucked together to make it look like one ? The brace behind the BB certainly isn't Hutch.
Whatever it is/was/gonna be then that needs some serious metal work.

The standing platforms are far to long from the rear mounts too. None were made like this. It has a US serial number but there is something seriously wrong with this frame

the dropouts look good though.
reminds me of my haro master with all the shit repairs it's had over the years, i did think of having it redone but decided to leave it as is and just give it new paint. looks ok from a distance.
