BMX JAM!!!! HELP

     Im putting on a BMX jam at exeter BMX track and heres the deal... There will be 5 competitions- Bmx limbo, longest manual, highest takeoff, highest bunny hop and fastest lap. Open to all, £5 entry for all 5 events, winners double there money and get trophy. there will b a Bike swap meet for people selling and swapping. You can bring your stuff for free and spectate for free. Evening bbq and elite riders will be there to. Come and mix it!
     Im looking for traders, shops, tricksters and BMX demo people to come and show there stuff for free and premote you and your business make friends and have fun. I want to make this a big annual event to mix park riders with racers and dirt trackers.

                               ANYONE WANT  TO JOIN IN AND MAKE THIS A BIG DAY FOR ALL?

Not trying to piss on your bonfire, but you might struggle a bit to get many people to make the trip to Exeter that week

   What makes you think not many people will make it? The date doesn,t conflict with any BMX races on the bc website and theres hundreds of park riders around devon. I already have interest from BMX shops in the south west.
   Would be grateful for any input and ideas.

Because the biggest OS weekender in this forum's calendar is the weekend after, that's all
You might get locals to turn up, but I'm probably not the only one who'd struggle to get 2 weekends away from the mrs in August

That said I wish you luck with it - always good to see bmx stuff happening!

I managed to distract her attention tonight by showing her a video on youtube of someone having their blackheads burst, half an hour later she's onto stony earwax removal
