Can some ID these , think they are possibly meteorlite bars, weldings quite nice.

Yeah, commonly found on Meteor-Lite's Matt, although I had a chrome set fitted to my Fox 4 Styler when I bought it late '85.
A generic bar used by Brit manufacturers at a guess.

Yes also used on Acorn Freeways and other Brit Freestylers as said
