I have a HAWK F20Ex with a small at the seat tube - top top tube area would anyone like to suggest someone who could fix this if possible,

the crack is only small starts at the bottom of the slot and goes round about 20 degrees (10mm long approx )
I know Phil Sawzall is really good at frame repairs but i am not sure if he deals in Alluminium or only steels ??? i have already PM'd him about a different prob and am waiting patiently his reply so would rather wait until he replies before i PM him about a different frame (dont want to piss him off by keep pestering him)
If someone could point me in the right direction i would be grateful, the seat tube is ridiculously thin so it could be tricky? i would like to get it fixed before i move it on etc (need to save for other projects that i have planned)

best regards
mark

Easy fix, for a master-welder.
Tungsten Inert Gas welding.
Done it several times, on PK Rippers mast's.....
Made an cupper Seatpost, so the weld does'nt stick on it, on the inside, off the Seatpost-Tube.
I'm in The Netherlands tho, any Alu-Welder can prob. do this job for you.....
