As far as im aware that's exactly the reason , handy if you were running a pre bent lever

Well .... my verdict is they aren't , reasons ...

Crossbar welded too high
bend doesn't look right
welding   , like Olly says ... they look brazed and Cooks were neatly welded .

Someone will probably prove me wrong though ....... or they might be  PROTOTYPE's !!



Cool bars though , always good to have something a bit different to the norm

There's definitely a story behind this bike.

It's stickered up as a supergoose.

It has bars similar to pro class bars but with the cooks mod and the brazing so most likely British as BFO says, custom made I reckon.
