Last freestyler I ever built was a Cali Freestyle, looking forward to seeing yours.  :daumenhoch:

Are you starting with a chrome frame set, having it partially dipped or using that fancy chrome spray that some finishers are offering?

Yep, the frame is chrome but was a bit pitted around the crank and top tube/frame stand area so have gotten it powered as per the piccie. (SBD reckons he's seen a lot worse so should be fine). The Chrome on the rear triangle/drop outs (and the forks) is fine and has polished up nicely.

Update piccies after picking up from SBD on Friday. Absolutely fantastic job done by Dan, he's a proper gent and the work he put into this (the chrome needed quite a bit more prep than he realised on first inspection) was above and beyond! Had a good chat about the work he does at his paintshop & a peek at some work he had ongoing - anyone looking to go with his new candy red is in for a treat!

Chuffed to bits with the colour on this and now that the decals are on (Del does it again!) it's looking feckin awesome to my eyes...

I couldn't think where I'd  seen that powder colour that Dan's used recently. Then it struck me, it's NHS baby bath stand green.
