2hip bikes .... waste of space .
« on: October 07, 2014, 05:23 PM »
I sent an email to 2hip bikes , looking to get some replacement decals for a frame .
After waiting ages for a reply they said yes , they had the decals I need , send them $10 paypal and they would send them to me .I sent the payment with my name and address .
That was in July . Nothing ever received .
Now it doesn`t matter how many times I email I can`t get a reply .
It`s not that I care about the $10 , they can have it . It`s just that now I`ve given up with the bike and chucked it in the corner of the garage . It`s made me lose interest in BMX for the time being . :yahoo_silent:

Anyone else had problems ?

I had a tearing bout of the runs last week following a lunch of Malaysian noodles (Kway Teow)
They were delicious but despite only having one chilli symbol on the menu were clearly designed for someone with asbestos guts - it was like an explosion of blistering magma from my arse afterwards

Could you not have necked 4 gallons of plain yoghurt Griff? That counter-acts hot stuff. Might have turned your cackage grey though - was at a festival once and milk was cheaper than water, so diet was booze and milk = grey sh1t.

Back on track - suck balls that they're not getting back to you - don't let it put you off though fella.

Early signs of Ebola that Griff, I'd get to bed with a hot toddy & sweat it out.

Either that or the onset of Zombieitus, have you been bitten by a zombie recently?

Anyway both are curable with a hot toddy & plenty of kip  :daumenhoch:

With hindsight Dan that probably would have been the sensible option, but for some reason at the time I thought I'd be ok - trouble is I often forget I can handle more heat in food going in vs going out  ::)
Never had the grey shits though, might be worth trying just for research purposes - have experienced sage green ones before which was a bit of a shock* at first until I remembered that I'd consumed a large amount of red cabbage the day before

Have your stickers turned up yet btw SH101? I hope that you don't let this harrowing experience put you off BMX for life and that you somehow find the love again. How many emails have you sent to Ron?

We will maintain a close vigil until they turn up** and keep this thread going as a sign of some kind of solidarity - stay strong brother!

There's not much I can offer in the way of defence for Ron W here ... other than its Ron that answers all the mails and Ron that sends out the stuff. And Ron that can take fooking ages to do either.

I've sent a few emails over the last 2 months and heard nothing. Dom said he works out of the same office so I'll ask him if hes seen Ron recently.

What decals were you after? You can't lose interest over some decals!

Cheers Ed . The stickers are for the Soul frame that Sen was selling on here .
I haven`t really lost interest over some stickers , I just can`t get the bike finished without them . I`ve got other stuff to do for a while ( cars , house etc ) so my BMX hobby will have to take a back seat for a while .
