They look like they may be Royce union bars to me....

My ammaco freestyle bars a re like cw pro bars, don't really like em so bought the cw freestyle bar instead

Just looked at my amacos in man cave and they are exactly the same, I 'll try and post pic

They definately are Ammaco bars I had some a while back and they were stiil in the original Ammaco box from the warehouse

Scrap that, not Royce union the lower bar is on the front on those. yours looks like it's on back
