I haven't updated for a while, build has changed direction. Frame powdered by SBD, went back to white as the chromoly was
Non existsent. The plan was to go blue parts but I scored some red grab ons from Mike(appreciate they are not 70's) and then got a haro handle, red kashimax and shimano rear. Decals will be red , still a few parts to get but it's going to be a slow build.

Haven't updated for a while ...

Bought a super maxy crank to find its French thread so got some lypotard pedals, may go for some ofmega at some point. Laced my araya 7c's to some suzue low flange, need tightening/ truing.

Blue plate is not staying and will get a red one me thinks. Was going to go red caliper but think it may be to much red so will go for raw. Forks need powdering , getting there...slowly

Looks cracking  :daumenhoch:

Always loved the rear chain/seat stays and dropouts on these.  Forks are pretty cool too.

Well I've swapped calipers from another bike so that I can use this mx1000(shout to del for the decal). Bought some shimano clips from spen(cheers dude) and the forks have been sent to SBD.
Wheels need truing but it's almost done...no rush though

Great thread! I love these frames and it's interesting to see how the build has changed direction and evolved with the arrival of new parts and/or ideas. Looking forward to seeing it finished! :daumenhoch:

SBD has the forks so shouldn't be long. Then strip down , grease, rebuild and go for a spin.

Then onto the next one  :slayer:
