Tech 4 levers
« on: September 26, 2014, 03:06 PM »
I just came across a post on FB with Justin at Pork Chop BMX selling re-issue Tech 4 levers for $10 each.

When did they start re-issuing these levers? I have not seen them anywhere else and they are not on his website either.

I though they had left these alone as they are not as desirable as Tech 3's and still relatively cheap to pick up  ???

Is the MX logo different to the originals?  :-\

I've not seen or heard about repoping these either.

The only difference I can see is the 'B' in a circle on the back of the lever body and the date on the lever arm  :(

Looks like the 'MX' is joined together on the older type whereas it is two seperate letters on the new re pop lever  :daumenhoch:

Pretty darn good for those of us who have to occasionally make do with the odd repop part!

That's good info. to look out for  :daumenhoch: Nice to know there is a difference.

This is why we should have a counterfeit,  repop and originals thread :-\

Like the tech lll's the stamping doesn't look as clear/defined.... look smudged to me.  :)

Be good for those looking for gold though.  :daumenhoch:
Think Terry's mentioned before about their rarity. I've only ever seen one come up grabs.  ;)
