Finally got round to swapping the cranks on these two over, also involved an axel swap in the pedals, which turned out beautifully and has spawned a thread in tech.

Anyway, the freestyler looks great with an opc finally, but I'm not convinced with the three piece on the MCS, might have to get a spider and stick my spare opc on it, not sure yet
