strip mx901 calipers
« on: September 12, 2014, 11:26 AM »
Putting together a chrome and lavender CW Cali Freestyler which came with a set of lavender/purple mx901's. Problem being they're not a very good colour match for the other lavender parts that'll be going on (tuffs etc..).

Any suggestions on what I could use to strip the calipers with? I'm not sure if I'll keep them in the bare metal and polish them or get them powdered yet (if I send them to SBD will he be able to strip them before powdering?)

Cheers fellas  :daumenhoch:

Synstrip paint stipper is good, a bit stronger than Nitromores.

Why not run Silver calipers with Purple levers / Cables  :)
