Mid school bars for Fishbone Kong Fu, What make are these?

I just got a Fishbone Kong Fu bike today but bars pretty rusty and thinking of replacing them,any recommendations for something similar?

Got the bars a bit cleaner but as I am getting some more I was thinking of selling these, no idea of make or value? anyone know,Thanks :daumenhoch:
