Tuf neck pots mod question
« on: August 19, 2014, 01:40 PM »
So I have taken the original bolt, bolt and wedge out aka below

And replaced with possibly an oddessy hollow bolt and wedge that seems to be holding

However does this need to be on the stem

If so, what's the answer or fix ?

Like this:

Andy did me a bespoke wedge  - profile of a tuf neck wedge, but threaded for an Odyssey bolt.  Be aware that the Odyssey bolts only just pass through a standard tuf neck big bolt and if memory serves me right early ones are a gnats too small so you may have to buy a new big bolt off Andy as well.....
