Hey all
Thought I'd say hello.
My names Ady Bright. I saw the Mk event on Facebook and being in Huntingdon popped over with my kids. I met a few cool people and a guy let me take his bike on the ramps.
The kids had had enough after an hour so I drove the 35 miles home.
I was inspired I got my BMX which lay dormant for year's out, pumped up the tyres, tighted n tweaked everything and drove back. I spent the next 5 hours on the ramps, afew laps of the track and went on the lake ride. I hung out with a group of great people who didn't judge for riding a kids bike in my 40s and I found even after many years, I still have the odd move.
Anyway. ...... thought I'd share that shower of sh!t with you.
HI !!!

Good little story that on how MK dragged you back into BMX.
You certainly picked the right year to come along.

"Huntingdon. That's where they make all the hifi kit isn't it?" was my opening line when you told us the story about dropping the kids off and coming all the way back with your bike
Glad you found it here bud - it was a pleasure to ride with you all afternoon and even better that you've found the site now. I had the blue RetroGoose, Ed209 had the green splattered twin-toptube Subrusa, Len Lentini had the furry Wookie's cock on his S&M, Jol had the ponytail and was just tool cool for school riding, Gary was riding the ginger newschool and Rich Trickydeano was riding the Teal green newschool machine so you can figure out who a few of us were
Welcome aboard mate
