Help identifying these rear dropouts

At first i thought these were from a 87/88 GT PRO, now im not so sure but something tells me its GT or Dyno.
Any help?

bit like 94 Dyno Nitro (http://bmxmuseum.com/bikes/dyno/?year=1994&model=60)
...but they have lugs....... :-\
